Eat fruits!

Everyone know the benefits of eating fruits and vitamins contained in them.
They help to maintain well-being and care of the body's resistance. 






Pineapple - is rich in the enzyme bromelia, supporting digestion. In addition, anti-inflammatory and reduces blood pressure. It also helps to clean the inside walls of blood vessels.

What can each of us to choose clothes that are FAIR?

When we shopping it is worth considering whether we need new clothes. Old clothes can still be in good condition. Just imagination and we can remake themselves. Clothing can also be exchanged at the swap.

  Buy clothes produced under Fair Trade.

Cooking: salad with chicken.








Chicken salad diet is low in calories. You can eat a large portion :). 
You can prepare this salad for lunch, dinner or supper.

Components:

- cooked chicken breast
- small butterhead lettuce
- 2 radishes
- a few cherry tomatoes
- half a cucumber green
- hard-boiled egg
- half a red pepper
- a little bit of salt, curry
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

How to prepare:

Chicken breast cut into smaller pieces. Wash lettuce leaves and shred into pieces. Cut into slices of radish,   cut into slices of cucumber, pepper and egg in small cubes. Cherry tomatoes in half cross-section. Active pour olive oil and spices for curry flavor and a pinch of salt. Ready.

This diet chicken salad can be served alone or, for example, whole-grain bread.

Healthy eating

Today's post will be about healthy eating!

Here are rules that we must follow, if we want be healthy and beautiful. :) :


~ Drink water and tea
Clean water and herbal tea or fruit helps to cleanse the body of toxins. Support the immune system. Note! Don't drink soft drinks, juices and coffee.






~ Eat crude vegetables and fruits.
When we fry and boil them, they lose vitamins and minerals.
Fruits are digested about 30-45 minutes, and vegetables 3 hours! You should be eat fruits and vegetables on an empty stomach.



~ Avoid milk, dairy products, cereals and meat
*In order to provide our body vitamins and nutrients, we don't need milk. Milk products sold in market are threat to health.
*Most cereal products are preservatives, coloring agents and enhancers. Trivia: There are cases in which the birds suffered as a result of feeding them bread you buy in the market.
*We buy meat from farmers. We need to make sure that the meat is healthy, and the animals were treated well.





~ Don't 'mix'
Never combine protein with carbohydrates. Never combine protein with carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are digested in the mouth, and the protein in the stomach.

How healthy spending free time?

Hi! This is our first post.  
It will be about spending free time in a healthy and active way.

Are you bored? You don't have ideas how to enjoy your time? These are our suggestions:


  • Party / playing in the park 
Get out of the house, get the ball and then use imagination, to spend great moments with your friends (large and small).:)



  • Gardening
If you have a garden you can work in it. Time spent with the plants will help you to relax and rest.




  • Aerobic 
These physical exercises to music. Starting at 5-10 min warm-up and then 20-25 min exercise. 


  • Climbing
 Do it with your friends! Combine business with pleasure.



  • Housework
Don't you belive? Yes, housework can be an interesting way of spending time. If you see the results, you will have great satisfaction.



If none of our suggestions, doesn't you fit, try:
~ Pilates
~ Golf
~ Gym
Water sports (windsurfing, canoeing, kitesurfing...)
or dance!
